Bushrangers Wheelchair basketball is run through the Sporting Wheelies & Disabled Association.

Toowommba Bushrangers

Wheelchair Basketball is a thriving sport in Toowoomba, everyone is invited to play, from able-bodied to disabled.

Training and Games are on every Wednesday night at Clive Berghofer Recreation Centre, 20 Baker Street, Darling Heights, Toowoomba, from 6pm - 8-30pm.

Club History: The Toowoomba Bushrangers Wheelchair Basketball club was started in the year 2001, at east primary school, by Gordon Bartle who had an extensive career in the sport, with his knowledge and know how the club is what it is today and forever growing with the legacy he left behind.

The club continues to grow leaps and bounds, with weekly training and games, and regular competitions throughout the year, there is plenty of action to keep all involved active.

All are welcome to play, support, and be a part of one of the most fiercely competitive wheelchair sports Toowoomba has to offer!
